Dear Terrylynn Where do we begin? We are still a little bit in disbelief that we actually own the home we are living in. When we think about it we truly feel we wouldn't be in this position had it not been for you and your great resources like Cheryl at CMG Mortgate and your great assistant Amy. We really appreciated you taking the time to truly listen to our "needs" and "wants". We liked being able to be honest about how we felt about certain properties and not feel pressured. If there is one thing we hate, it is a hard sell. You truly let us decide what we liked and didn't like and we never felt like you were just trying to make a sale. We felt you truly had our best interests at heart. With the few disappointments we had, you kept a positive attitude that helped us keep a positive attitude as well. You didn't let us get discouraged despite the crazy housing market and our price range. It made us feel important that you and Amy took the time to check the listings several times a day for quite a while looking for anything and everything possible. It also made us feel realy confident having you behind us in the "offer" process. You truly do all you can for your clients and try your best to get what they want. We loved having you on our side and that made a difference, as you know, in getting us this house! We would definitely recommend you to everyone we know. In fact, we have a couple friends considering buying later this year and we've already told them aobut you. Thanks again so much for helping make our dream of owning a home a reality.
