Hi Terry: How are you? I am writing to thank you and to tell you how much we appreciate your service through all these years. I have come to realize how easy it is in our busy daily lives to take the efforts of all the kind people who are helping us one way or another for granted. And to make matters worse, time flies away whether we are aware of it or not. As a result, the intentions you have to thank these nice people end up being put away forever. So after I received your most recent e-mail today, I decide to write you a little note to thank you for your wonderful service. It is with your help that we have peace of mind with our little property in California. I like also to mention that my wife and I appreciate all the uplifting messages you include with your mailings. Many end up on our refrigerator and stay there for years. For us, these are not simply marketing materials but messages you selected with love for all the people you care about. Thanks again. We will make sure to pay you a visit to thank you personally the next time we visit our relatives in San Francisco.
